Blessed Sabbath Rest!!!
Wow, It's been an intense week at the hospital! I'm sitting here after vespers so thankful that I do not have to work on Sabbath. The gentle rain is so calming after the 3 back-to back days that I spent inside Memorial's walls. The stress never stops for one moment. It's hard to find time to eat. Between drawing medicines, doing labs and talking with doctors, you try to chart your rounding times, pain scales, notes, I&Os, and keep your confused patients from crawling out of bed! Definitely not boring! Yes, fullfilling actually, which I am a little surprised and happy about! But despite such feelings, I am now relishing in the cool stillness of a Friday evening in Talge! Amazing release that God provides! Praise God for friends, sisters, rain, and time!

I know how you feel :) Thankfully though, my days of working are generally spaced out with full days of classes in between. And it is amazing how fulfilling it can be when you go to work with the right mindset. I find that when I go to work and pray for God to give me love for my patients and to help me be a blessing, I come back from work exhaustedly refreshed :)
I'm glad that things are going well for you at work :) You should tell me more about it sometime.
Wow. I'm not sure I'm ready for that... Anyways, I'm sure glad I found you on Blogger! I also commented on your mountain biking experience :)
How's the work been going since you got back? I put a few pictures of the road trip on my blog, and Temple & I worked today some on the movie that we will hopefully be sending to you guys soon.
